Create Message

Buffer offers a simpler way to share images, videos, status updates, and links on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, and several other apps/services. Using this action, you can post new messages or status updates on one or more social media sites. To achieve this, add this action in your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate Access Token for Buffer. Under Services, select a service where you wish to post a new message. You can define multiple services by clicking on the ‘+Service’ link. Enter the content of the message in the ‘Text’ field.

If you have entered any links within the ‘Text’ field, the action will automatically shorten the link, if ‘Shorten’ is set to True. Set ‘Now’ to True if you wish to publish your message/status update instantly. Setting it to False will add the message to buffer. If Top is set as True, the message to be published will be sent to the top of the buffer, and will become the next item to be published.

Once you are done with entering these details, click on ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will publish your message on the specified sites.
