Post new Zendesk ticket details to Cisco Webex Teams space

Set up Zendesk ‘New Ticket’ trigger
This workflow will send the ticket details to a specific Cisco Webex Teams space when you create a new ticket in Zendesk. To set up this workflow, you will need to use:

Cisco Webex Teams ‘Post New Message’ action
Configure the 'Start' icon. Double click on the 'Start' icon and select the 'Zendesk' icon from the list of service icons that appear.
This will open the Zendesk trigger configuration window. Enter the details as given below:
Trigger Name: Enter a suitable name for the trigger.
Authorize Zendesk: In order to use this activity, you will have to first create an authorization. Select 'Add new', and fill in the required details. If you have already created an authorization, select it from the drop-down list.
Select Trigger: Select 'New Ticket' trigger from the drop-down list.
Domain Name: Enter the domain name of your Zendesk account.
Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Save'. You will be redirected to the 'Test Trigger' window where you can test the trigger to use real-time data to configure the rest of the workflow or can skip testing to use the mock data to configure the rest of the workflow.
After this, click on 'Done' to return to the canvas.

Add and configure Cisco Webex Teams ‘Post New Message’ action
Add Cisco Webex Teams ‘Post New Message’ action to the canvas. Connect this action with the ‘Start’ icon (which now displays Zendesk icon), and configure it.
On the configuration page, you will notice a few fields. Enter values in the fields as per the instructions given below:
Authorize Cisco Webex Teams: In order to use this action, you will have to first create an authorization. Select 'Add new', and fill in the required details. If you have already created an authorization, select it from the drop-down list.
Space ID: Select/specify the Space ID to which you want to post the message.
Message: Enter the message that you want to post to the specified space. In this case, add the ‘{{$trigger.subject}}’ and ‘{{$trigger.description}}’ keys listed under 'Trigger Data' on the right hand side of the configuration window as an input for this field.Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Next'. You will be redirected to the 'Test Action window where you can test the action to use real-time data to configure the rest of the workflow or can skip testing to use the mock data to configure the rest of the workflow.
After this, click on 'Done' to return to the canvas.
Connect this action to ‘Stop’ icon and 'Save' the workflow. Now, whenever a new ticket is added to your Zendesk account, this work flow will automatically post the details of a ticket to the specified Cisco Webex Teams space..
