Once you have created a workflow and saved it in your Built.io Flow account, you can share it with other users. To do this, follow the steps given below.
Step 1. Log in
Log in to your Built.io Flow account, and navigate to the project under which the workflow is saved.
Step 2. Configure the settings to share the workflow
Locate the workflow you want to share and click on the ‘more options’ icon (or three tiny dots) given on the right-hand side of the card. Select ‘Share Workflow’ option from the list of options that appear.
A new dialogue box will appear, with the following details:
You can share the workflow with either some specific users or an entire Built.io Flow organization.
Users: Enter the email ID of the user you want to share the workflow with. You can share the workflow with upto 10 users by providing their email IDs using a comma separator (,) or new line separator.
Organization: Enter the name of the Built.io Flow organization you want to share the workflow with. You can share the workflow with upto 10 organizations by providing their names using a comma separator (,) or new line separator.
All the parameters used in the workflow are listed under either ‘Project Parameters’ list or ‘Workflow Parameter’ list depending upon the parameter type. Select the parameters of which the existing values you want to share with the specified recipient(s) along with the workflow.
Once you have entered the details, click on 'Share'. This will share the workflow with the specified user(s) or organization(s).
Alternatively, you can share the workflow from the canvas as well. Click the vertical ellipses (three tiny dots) located at the top right hand side corner of the canvas and select the 'Share Workflow' option.
You'll be redirect to 'Share Workflow' window as shown in the previous image where you need to specify the user(s) or organization(s) to which you want to share the workflow. Once you have entered the details, click on 'Share'.
