Account Settings
Built.io Flow gives you the privilege to view the profile along with the plan and security methods that you are using. Once you’ve created an account, click on your profile name located at the top right-hand side corner. You will get a drop-down menu that has a list of options as shown in the following figure:
Click on the ‘VIEW PROFILE’ button to view your account settings. Upon clicking, you will see the ‘My Account’ window displaying your account name, email ID, and plan on the left-hand side panel. The ‘My Account’ window has three option on the left-hand side panel:
1. Profile
2. Plans
3. Security
Let’s look at each of these options in detail.
1. Profile
By default, the ‘PROFILE’ tab is selected which displays your personal information such as name, company, job title, email ID, and phone number.
There is a ‘Customer support’ field which generates the token of your account by clicking on the ‘Generate Key’ button. In case of any troubleshooting help, you can allow our customer support team to access your workflow through this key. Once your issues are resolved, you can re-generate this token for your account.
2. Plans
Clicking on this tab will show you the pricing plans of Built.io Flow. The number of active workflows, triggers, and credits vary depending on which plan you select. Below the pricing plans are some FAQs answering the queries related to credits and common features included in all the plans.
3. Security
Built.io Flow provides two-factor authentication, which is a way to verify the user’s identity using a combination of two different verification methods, for example, accessing the account using login credentials and one-time security code.
This adds an extra layer of security and ensures that only the authorized user has accessed the account. Click here to know more about two-factor authentication.
